If you wish to file a complaint, please call our Complaint Line at 509-783-1304, extension 1 or CLICK HERE to email your complaint.
Please include the following information:
- Your name and address
- Your phone number
- Summary of complaint
- Street address where issue is occurring
- Name of owner or resident at that property (if known)
*If you are making an odor complaint, you must fill out and submit an odor affidavit form which can be found HERE.
Please note that our office is not staffed nights and weekends but complaints can still be filed through the Complaint Line.
