Public Notice: Williams Northwest Pipeline Draft Renewal Title V Air Operating Permit

Benton Clean Air Agency (BCAA) is seeking comments on a proposed draft renewal Title V Air Operating Permit for Northwest Pipeline LLC for its Plymouth LNG Plant and Compressor Station facility at 42612 E Christy Rd, Plymouth, WA. 99346.

Plymouth LNG Plant and Compressor Station receives pressurized natural gas feedstock from a selection of four main gas pipelines that are owned by Northwest Pipeline LLC. The compressor station maintains gas pressure on the four pipelines as demand dictates using four reciprocating engines and one gas turbine, all of which burn natural and liquefies natural gas from the pipelines for peak demand storage. The permit does not affect the type or quantity of air emissions from the facility and does not authorize any increase in emissions that are already allowed.
